How much does it solve your debt?
As you know, we are a credit repair company, that is, we are in charge of negotiating the debts that our clients have with their creditors to get them the best discount. We have done this for 8 years and we have more than 100 thousand success stories. Therefore, when people contact us, they know that we offer them experience and knowledge in solving their cases. However, we charge for this service.
We operate as follows:
Before the client signs with us, we offer a projection of the discount we will get, the time it will take to settle and the sections that will be made. This document is called the “liquidation plan” and we build it based on the credit history and the economic possibilities of the interested party.
It should be noted that this projection is a guide that will help us to consider how the program will be for that person. However, this can improve since we will seek to obtain a greater discount and the customer agrees to make their monthly payments in a timely manner. Our commissions are already part of that section, so you will not have to worry more than meet month to month with the agreement.
What commissions do we charge?
Once the interested party accepts our proposal and becomes part of the program, they will be charged for our services divided into three concepts:
- Initial commission: equivalent to a monthly section that depends on your personalized plan.
- Administration fee: corresponds to 0.55% of the total amount of the debt, or 55 pesos for every 10 thousand owed. This charge is monthly and is proportional to the amount of the debt.
- Success fee: This is charged once the negotiations are successful and corresponds to 15% of the reduction obtained for each settlement.
The commissions are clarified before the signing of the contract so that both parties agree and appear both in this document and in the checklist we give to our clients.
If you want to review this information on your own, below in the comments section we will leave you the links so that you know the contract and the checklist.
What advantages do the Resolve your Debt commissions offer?
First of all, being integrated into your monthly payments, you should not worry about making an extra deposit. In addition, you have the option of advancing your payments to increase the amount saved, get out of your debt before and pay less commissions.
Now that this point is already clear, let’s solve a couple of concerns that are related:
Why is there less money than I have deposited?
Remember that Solve your Debt charges commissions during the first days of the month. Therefore, if the client makes a deposit at the close of this period, he may be surprised to see that the amount he had saved was reduced. This is only a matter of dates between the deposit and the consideration.
To avoid this kind of confusion, I recommend paying attention to the details that the advisor shares from the first session, taking advantage of these talks to clarify doubts and thus coordinate and find the best way to work in a team.
What happens to my money if I stop paying?
There are times when a client cannot or does not want to make their sections. However, the collection of commissions is automatic and is taken from the accumulated amount. In case there are many months of delay, the customer is searched and it is mentioned that if you no longer wish to continue in the program you should contact to cancel, otherwise your savings will continue to be reduced.
When the withdrawal is processed and the client withdraws before clearing the total of their debts with us, a cancellation fee is made equivalent to the amount that is greater between 3 thousand pesos or 10% of the accumulated amount.
As you can see, a great part of what ensures the success of the program is the commitment that we acquire to find you the best possible discount and the responsibility you assume by being constant and depositing in a timely manner.
